Our Products
Each cat and dog collar is made to order. Normally I can send out a collar within 3 to 4 days. However during busy times it may be longer. Please look at the order tracking page for current up to date order turnaround times.
The designer pet i.d tags are sent directly from the manufacturer, please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery of the pet i.d tags. These will normally be sent out seperately from your dog or cat collar orders.
If you are in a desperate rush for a order please let me know if I can send it out next day for you - I will try my very best!
Exchange/Return Policy
The most important thing to me is that you are happy with your purchase! For that reason if you are not satisfied for any reason, please get in touch to arrange the return of your item for either an exchange or refund. Please note that id tags are exempt from this and I cannot accept returns for any reason.
If you need to return your cat or dog collar please email or give us a phone call first.
* Items that cannot be returned - i.d tags, catnip toys and dog toys.
Shipping
All items are sent out via 1st class Royal Mail and there is a flat rate postage charge of £2.00 for all orders.
Payment Methods
I accept PayPal for all online orders, if you would prefer to pay with your credit/debit card I can accept phone orders.
